Checkout/billing data is collected and processed by Stripe on our behalf; Elite AI Empire LLC (doing business as "Empire AI Solutions") does not store your card details. We store the account email and subscription state needed to operate your Empire Edge gate.
To operate your access gate, respond to support requests, and meet our legal/accounting obligations. We do not sell your personal data.
Shared only with processors that help us run the Service (Stripe for payments; Cloudflare for DNS/TLS/CDN) under their own data-processing terms.
