These Terms of Service govern your use of Empire Edge (identity gate, WAF-lite, DNS, CDN), operated by Elite AI Empire LLC (doing business as "Empire AI Solutions"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
Empire Edge is a Traefik-native edge: an identity/access gate, WAF-lite rate limiting, DNS management, and a caching CDN, adopted per-app via a single middleware label. The free tiers (CDN, DNS) require no payment; paid tiers (Solo/Team/Enterprise) add the access gate.

The Service is provided "AS IS". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elite AI Empire LLC (doing business as "Empire AI Solutions")'s total liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding a claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Disputes go to the state or federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California.
